We support you, if you faced any problem during Order Preparation period.

You may ask to extend the preparation period till you prepare it for shipping.

Write down the order reference number, your seller reference number, then you can explain your problem.

If you faced any problem with an order and you want to cancel this order.

You should write down the order reference number, seller reference number, and the reason for cancellation.

Kindly note that in case you cancelled more that 2 orders, yours store will be banned then you cannot sell on the platform any more. check Store Banning

We support you to order packaging material via Seller Support Form. 

After you pick the material type, size and quantity that you want, we will send you by an email or whatsApp message includes a link of the cost to pay it. Once you pay for it, we will send it to your address directly.

We enable you to upgrade your store to the higher classes using our Seller Support Form which we called Manual Upgrade.

After you choose your new class and submit your request, our team will send you an email or a whatsApp message includes a link to pay the monthly membership of your new class + the insurance deposit amount of the previous class.

3- If your account has a balance regarding insurance deposit. Our team will calculate the difference and send you the link with the remaining amount to pay, but if you don’t have any balance, we will charge you full amount of the previous class insurance deposit.

4- Once you pay for the class and insurance deposit, we will upgrade your store to the chosen class immediately.

We enable you to downgrade your store to the low classes using our Seller Support Form.

After you choose your new class and submit your request, our team will downgrade your store class to the chosen class, then calculate the difference amount between the insurance deposit amount that you have already paid and the deposit of new class then transfer the remaining amount to your account balance then to your next monthly revenue payment.

You can ask our team to connect you with any buyer that has created an order to get more details regarding the product or the order that purchased, to make sure that the order is correct and avoid any returns. 

In case you faced any problem with any shopper or buyer related to bad behaviour, you can submit a misuse complain and we will investigate in your case immediately, then inform you with our results and reaction.

If you faced any technical problem using our platform such as payment problem or page is down….etc. Just inform us with your problem in details and we will work on solving it as soon as possible.

In case you decided to close your store permanently which will sad us, all you have to do is to put your reference number and we will contact you to complete all the procedures.
