Classes Insurance

We expect from you to be fully obligable in implementing the platform Selling Policy in all terms and conditions. Moreover, don’t provide any kind of fraud or skimming information or products for our shoppers and buyers.

Plus filtering fraud sellers who would ruin other sellers good work and remove them ASAP. 

In case you didn’t obey and comply with our Selling Policy and did one of following violations but not limited to:

– Delay in product preparation.

– Sending wrong products.

– Sending defect products.

– Sending fake or economy products as original…etc.

We will compensate our buyers with discounts and gifts coupons as an apologise for non commitment, plus charging you the operation cost.

Both amount (buyer compensation + Operation cost) will be deducted from your insurance deposit, and titled with the reason of the deduction, then recompensed the insurance deposit from the new orders revenues, till it reaches again to the class insurance deposit cover.

According to your store class, you have to pay the store insurance deposit whether Manuel or Automatic, as following: 

Bronze Class: For this class you have to pay $50. 

Silver Class: For this class you have to pay $250.

Gold Class: For this class you have to pay $1500. 

Platinum Class: For this class you have to pay $2500. 

We provide 2 methods of insuring stores, according to the way that you decided to use in upgrading your store:

Manual: When you choose to upgrade your store directly without waiting to achieve your sales upgrade target ($200 for Bronze, $1000 for Silver, $10000 for Gold) of your store. In this case you have to pay the full amount of the insurance deposit of the pervious class or part of amount if you have a balance in your account related to insurance. 

Automatic: When you wait till you achieve your store sales upgrade target, in this case we will deduct %10 of each order you will complete till you achieve the full amount of your class insurance.

You don’t have to pay the full amount of insurance when you upgrade, you can only pay the insurance deposit of the pervious class but fully. So, let’s check how the insurance deposit will be collected when using manual upgrade methods as following:

Bronze to Sliver: When upgrading from Bronze to Sliver, you have to pay the $50 insurance deposit of the Bronze class, then we will start as normal, to deduct %10 of each completed order till you complete the deposit of Silver class which is $ 250.

Sliver to Gold: When upgrading from Silver to Gold, you have to pay the $250 insurance deposit of the Silver class, then we will start as normal, to deduct %10 of each completed order till you complete the deposit of Gold class which is $ 1500.

Gold to Platinum: When upgrading from Gold to Platinum, you have to pay the $1500 insurance deposit of the Gold class, then we will start as normal, to deduct %10 of each completed order till you complete the deposit of Silver class which is $ 2500.

Kindly Note:

1- Once upgraded your store, our team will send you email that includes a link to pay the insurance deposit amount of the previous class.

2- If your account has a balance regarding insurance deposit. Our team will calculate the difference and send you invoice with it to pay, but if you don’t have any balance, we will charge you full amount of the previous class.

3- Once you pay for the insurance deposit, we will upgrade your store immediately.

4- If you ignored pay the insurance deposit, unfortunately, our team will disable your store till you pay it.  

In automatic methods, you don’t have to pay any kind of insurance deposits when using automatic as we will deduct 10% of each completed order revenue till you complete the deposit of your store class.

Once you complete your deposit, we will stop deducting this 10%, you will get the whole profit of your orders.

When you complete deposit and achieve sales upgrade target of your store class, and decided to upgrade to upper class, paid the new class monthly membership. and officially your store has been upgraded.

Again, we will start deducting 10% of each order revenue till you complete your new class insurance deposit. Then stop deducting this 10% when it completed to get the whole profit of your orders and so on.

The platform selling policy states that in 2 cases you will retrieval your store insurance deposit:

1- Closing Store Permanently: In case you want to close your store permanently for any reason which will sad us, but once you submit your request for “Close My Store” from Seller support form, our team will settle your store revenue including your insurance deposit then send it your account as soon as possible. 

2- Ban Store: In case you or one of your staff has made many violations, we will be sorry to ban your store and prevent you or your staff from trading on our platform again. After we settle your store revenue including your insurance deposit and expenses of violations, and if there is any compensation for buyers, we will deduct it from your revenue or insurance deposit, then transfer the whole or rest of amount to your account.
