How to Upgrade

To improve your store tools and features, you have to know how to upgrade your store class.

Upgrade & Downgrade

By default, all the stores will join to Bronze class, once they registered in our platform.

We provide extra 3 upgrade classes for stores with different tools and features: Silver, Gold and Platinum. Check Stores Classes.

We provide 2 kinds of upgrades:

1- Manual: Upgrade your store directly to Sliver, Gold and Platinum using the tools of Store Upgrade, but in this case you have to pay the insurance deposit of the pervious class too.

2- Automatic: Achieve your sales upgrade target to upgrade to the next upper class, but in this case you have also to complete insurance deposit of your current class, as we will deduct the insurance deposit from each order (%10) you will complete. Once both are achieved and completed, our team will upgrade your store immediately

We have 4 kind of stores classes as the following:

1- Bronze Class: This class is the default class with a free monthly membership commission, but with %7 selling commission for each sold order.

2- Sliver Class: This class is a paid class with $20 monthly membership commission, but no selling commission for each sold order. 

3- Gold Class: This class is a paid class with $40 monthly membership commission, but no selling commission for each sold order. 

4- Platinum Class: This class is a paid class with $70 monthly membership commission, but no selling commission for each sold order.

Let’s assume that you have registered and joined to Bronze Class then you want to upgrade your store to another class directly. You can use:

Basic Upgrade:

1- Go to Seller Support page, fulfil the form, select Upgrade My Store, then select the class that you want to upgrade your store to it, then submit your request.

2- Our team will send you an email or a whatsApp message includes a link to pay the monthly membership of your new class + the insurance deposit amount of the previous class.

3- If your account has a balance regarding insurance deposit. Our team will calculate the difference and send you invoice with it to pay, but if you don’t have any balance, we will charge you full amount of the previous class.

4- Once you pay for the class and insurance deposit, we will upgrade your store immediately.

Let’s assume that you have registered you store and joined to Bronze Class then you want to upgrade your store to another class directly. You can use:

Premium Upgrade:

1- Go to your Profile page, select Membership Section. Below the Class features, you will find the link to upgrade your store. Click on it then follow the steps.

2- Once you pay for the new class, our team will send you email includes a link to pay the insurance deposit amount of the previous class.

3- If your account has a balance regarding insurance deposit. Our team will calculate the difference and send you invoice with it to pay, but if you don’t have any balance, we will charge with with full amount of the previous class.

5- Kindly note, if you won’t pay the insurance deposit, unfortunately our team will disable your store till it paid. Once you pay the insurance deposit, we will upgrade your store immediately.

Let’s assume that you have registered and joined to Bronze Class then you want to upgrade your store to another class directly. You can use:

WhatsApp Upgrade:

1- Go to WhatsApp page, copy our contact number, save it on your mobile, then copy the message that you find in Store Upgrade section which includes your seller reference number + store name + the new class you want to upgrade to it, send your message by WhatsApp to our contact number.

2- Our team will reply to your message includes a link to pay your first monthly membership of your new class + the insurance deposit amount of the previous class.

3- If your account has a balance regarding insurance deposit. Our team will calculate the difference and send you invoice with it to pay, but if you don’t have any balance, we will charge you full amount of the previous class.

4- Once you pay for the class and insurance deposit, we will upgrade your store immediately.

Each Class has a sales upgrade target amount which must earned to be able to upgrade to upper store classes. Theses amount are as following: 

1- To upgrade from Bronze to Silver Class, you have to achieve $200 sales + $50 Insurance deposit. So in total you must have $250 in your account. 

2- To upgrade from Silver to Gold Class, you have to achieve $1000 sales + $250 Insurance deposit. So in total you must have $1250 in your account.  

3- To upgrade from Gold to Platinum Class, you have to achieve $10000 sales + $1500 Insurance deposit. So in total you must have $11500 in your account.. 

Our team will always monitoring your store sales to be ready to upgrade your store once you reach the next class target. But also when you complete the insurance deposit cover of your current class. 

Let’s assume that you want to downgrade your store class to lower class, then you have to cancel your Membership by 2 methods:

Basic Downgrade: Go to Seller Support page, fulfil the form, select Downgrade My Store, then select to which class you want to downgrade your store. After you submit it, our team will downgrade your store to the selected Class immediately, then calculate the difference amount between the insurance deposit amount that you have already paid and deposit of new class then transfer the rest to your account balance then to your monthly revenue payment.

Premium Downgrade: Go to your Profile page, select Membership section. Below the Class Features Table, you will find the Cancel button. Click on it, then your store will be downgraded to Bronze Class. After that, our team will calculate the difference amount between the insurance deposit amount that you have already paid and deposit of new class then transfer the rest to your account balance then to your monthly revenue payment.

WhatsApp Downgrade: Go to WhatsApp page, select Store Downgrade Section. Copy the message you find there, then paste it in your WhatsApp chat with our team, edit the message according to your needs for downgrading, then send it.

Kindly note:

If you want to downgrade your store using premium downgrade from paid class to another paid class, for example from Gold to Silver class. In this case, you have to cancel your class membership to be Bronze first as we have explained earlier, then upgrade your store again from Bronze to Sliver Class.

All your store products status will be changed from Published or Online to Archived, then later you have to republished them again.

At any time, you want to cancel your store class, all what you need is to go to your Profile page, select Membership Section. Below your Class features you will find Cancel button, just click on it and your class store will be canceled and downgraded to Bronze Class.

All your store products status will be changed from Published or Online to Archived, then later you have to republished them again with limit of 20 product.

If you decided to upgrade your store manually. In this case you must pay the insurance deposit cover of the new class fully too. So that our team will send you direct link that includes insurance deposit amount of the new class to pay. After paying, you will receive an invoice regarding the insurance deposit payment then your new class will be activated.

In automatic methods, you don’t have to pay any kind of insurance deposits when using automatic as we will deduct 10% of each completed order revenue till you complete the deposit of your store class.

Once you complete your deposit, we will stop deducting this 10%, you will get the whole profit of your orders.
